Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate web developer to lead the redesign and revitalization of our existing websites. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of modern web technologies and be savvy about current user service needs, particularly with a focus on search engine optimization (SEO) principles and effective content strategies.
Position: Web Developer & Content Strategist
Contract Type: Hourly (do and charge basis, with weekly payment)

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with the Director to oversee all aspects of website redesign and implementation.
• Develop solutions for both mobile and desktop versions of our company’s websites.
• Create and manage unique website content that aligns with our brand and meets user service expectations.
• Integrate existing websites with MYOB and enhance current infrastructure.
• Develop and execute content strategies to achieve high search engine rankings for targeted keywords.
• Provide full reporting and documentation of project progress and outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of robust experience in PHP, MySQL, and WordPress development.
• Proven ability to conceptualize and implement effective solution architectures for various challenges.
• Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of testing technical solutions.
• Efficient time management skills, capability to meet deadlines, and clear communication regarding issues and updates.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to think laterally and creatively.
Desired Skills:
• Expertise in SEO best practices and strategies.
• Familiarity with internet marketing and content prioritization.
• Experience with web analytics tools.
