Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check-in visitors, delivery drivers, and clients.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage and track incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Assist with inventory management and organization of warehouse stock.
• Operate warehouse equipment for stock organization and order preparation.
• Maintain a clean and orderly front office and reception area.
• Support the warehouse team with packaging, labeling, and shipping tasks.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Fluent in English, better can speack Mandarin and Cantonese.
